LaPlaya Sauvignon Blanc 2017
The pure varietal character shines through on the La Playa Sauvignon Blanc 2017. The wine is a delicate pale gold. On the nose, aromas of lemon, fresh pineapple with hints of lavender. It is a bright well balanced wine with a clean minerality and touch of lime on the finish.

Ancient Peaks Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Paso Robles, California, USA$17.00Add to cart
The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a vivid varietal character that is rooted in our estate Margarita Vineyard. Here, amid one of the Paso Robles region’s coolest growing environments, the Sauvignon Blanc grape achieves a fine balance of ripeness and raciness, with crisp acidity and appealing mineral accents. The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc leans into the nose with vivid varietal signatures, including notes of lime zest, grassy herb and gooseberry. The palate is crisp and clean, offering quenching flavors of grapefruit, white peach and green apple. Brisk acidity cascades into a refreshing finish.
The pungent liveliness of the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is a fine match for crab cakes, shrimp pasta in white wine sauce, grilled asparagus, Thai chicken salad, and salmon with lemon and dill.

The Leah Jorgensen Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is delightful and refreshing wine and atypical in all the right ways. Intensely aromatic, it conveys a lush mix of honeysuckle, sweet hay, smoke, lime and honeydew melon. And that's before you take the first sip. The low alcohol and bright acidity set it up for a wide range of poultry, pasta and seafood options, and anything with goat cheese is sure-fire. Perfect with Spinach Salad and Warm Goat Cheese.
Long Meadow Ranch Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Rutherford, Napa Valley$24.00Add to cart
Long Meadow Ranch employs an integrated organic farming system using simple, sustainable methods. Each part of the Ranch contributes to the health of the whole. Vineyards and wine making, olive orchards and olive oil making, cattle and horse breeding all work together in complementary fashion, as do the egg-laying poultry flock and the organic vegetable gardens. All crops are certified organic.
The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in two different periods – one at lower sugars and one at higher sugars. All of the grapes were ripe, but each pick offered different nuances. We loved all the separate wine lots and enjoyed the synergy of blending. This wine has classic LMR varietal freshness and charm; it’s difficult to believe this wine was grown in Cabernet country. Its fruits range from citrus to kiwi to just-ripe peach. The salty and mineral characteristics which grow out of our terroir and cold fermentations have become signature and reliable. The finish is crisp, full-of-esters and balanced.
